Welcome to SSMart (Shri Sugam Mart). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our physical store premises, our services, and the purchase of products within the store located in Kopargaon. By entering our premises or making a purchase, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.


1. Scope of Service

SSMart offers a wide range of grocery products, including staples, packaged foods, household cleaning supplies, snacks, and personal care items (excluding fresh fruits and vegetables).

2. Pricing and Payment

2.1 Pricing Policy

Our mission is to provide the best quality grocery within very competitive and affordable pricing.

  • All prices displayed on shelves, price tags, or checkout registers are inclusive of all applicable taxes (unless otherwise specified).

  • We reserve the right to change prices for products at any time without prior notice, although the price charged will be the one displayed at the time of purchase.

2.2 Payment

  • We accept cash, and all major digital payment methods (e.g., UPI, debit cards, credit cards) supported by our payment terminal.

  • The transaction is deemed complete only after full payment has been successfully processed.

3. Product Availability and Quality

3.1 Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability. While we strive to maintain accurate inventory, occasionally an item you wish to purchase may be out of stock.

3.2 Product Quality

  • We are committed to selling products that meet established quality and safety standards.

  • Customers are encouraged to check the expiry date, packaging, and condition of products before purchase.

4. Returns, Refunds, and Exchange Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  • The original cash memo or bill must be presented for all returns or exchanges.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging and condition.

  • Perishable goods (if any) and items that are heavily discounted or marked as clearance are generally not eligible for return.

4.2 Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, where possible. Cash refunds may be issued for small amounts.

5. Store Conduct and Facilities

5.1 Premises and Safety

  • Customers must adhere to generally accepted public safety and conduct standards while on the premises.

  • SSMart is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or damaged on the premises.

5.2 Lift Service

  • We provide a Lift Service for the convenience of our customers accessing the two-story facility.

  • The lift service is subject to routine maintenance and may be temporarily unavailable without immediate notice. Customers use the lift at their own risk, and children must be supervised.

6. Liability

SSMart's liability for any product purchased is strictly limited to the purchase price of that product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased products.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maharashtra, India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Kopargaon court in Ahilyanagar District, Maharashtra.
